The River Bend Neighborhood Association partnered with the City of Des Moines and MCP students at Iowa State University to update their neighborhood plan.
Understanding Morphology, Form Based Code, and Street Design to propose Urban Design Guidelines and Streetscape Design for 2018, and a draft for 2040 streets (accommodating Autonomous Vehicles).

EPA Rain Works Challenge
In compliance with the EPA’s Campus Rain Works Challenge and the University of Cincinnati’s Climate Action Plan, the goal of this project was to promote the use of green infrastructure in reducing storm water runoff events.
